What Is Whistleblowing System (WBS)
WBS is a system and procedure used by KFTD to receive, investigate, and research reports and complaints, with findings about frauds that suggest harm or practices that do not follow work values.
Some violations can be reported using WBS. The actions include bribery, giving and receiving gratification, corruption, collusion, nepotism, conflicts of interest, the companyโs rules, code of ethics, laws violation, and actions of stealing, robbing, and or harming the companyโs assets.ย
Submission of Violation Report
The procedure of WBS in KTFD is as follows:
- The reporter makes a WBS report of fraud and bribery allegations to the Super Admin. In this case, the reporter is allowed to make an anonymous report.ย
- The reporter submits the Violation and Investigation Reporting Form, which can be downloaded, and fills in the form.
- The form is later sent to Super Admin by email, official letter, or WhatsApp number.ย

- Super Admin will conduct the report investigation based on proofs found. During the investigation, the Super Admin submits WBS reports periodically to the Ethics Committee.
- If the evidence and allegations meet the requirements, the company will establish an investigation team and summon witnesses if necessary.
