Win a £50 Amazon voucher with the MidMoClub

Hey you. Yes you.

Would you like a £50 Amazon voucher? (or a $79 US voucher or $76 Aus voucher – not that Australia has amazon – but $76 will pay for a lot of postage).

What, you would? well alrighty then – here’s how you could get one.

The nice people over at ETS, a company that perform employee surveys for companies, have given us a £50 amazon voucher to give away to one of the listeners to the midmoclub.

Oh yes, none of our cheap badges this time people, this time we’re giving away cold hard cash.

All you need to do to get your hands on the filthy lucre is to leave a comment on this post naming a movie with an emotion in the title. For example Happy Feet, Happy Gilmore, 12 Angry Men etc (no, you can’t have any of those ones now you cheating ragbag).

If there is more than one entry (and i hope there will be otherwise this contest is going to be really embarrassing for us) then all the entrants names will be put into a hat and a winner will be chosen at random.

I was going to wait until our iTunes problem is fixed to run the contest so we could lure in some new listeners, but that doesn’t look like it’s going to happen any time soon. Damn you iTunes! DAMN YOU!

One entry per person please. The contest is international so you can enter wherever you live in the world. The closing date is the 1st of May 2012

May the odds be in your favour.

So why are you discriminating €.

btw..nightmare on Elmstreet….does that mean you’re calling ‘nightmare’ an emotion, you’re strange.. :P

    • http://allthatcomeswithit.com Dan

I new that was french for hate – I am multilingual as you well know.

I take your point about Nightmare being borderline – But it is used to describe how people feel – but yes, dodgy. I apologise.

      • http://quityourdayjob.com.au Lee

I’m afraid I’m siding with the foreigner.

        Nightmare is not an emotion.

It’s important to establish a baseline for the punters otherwise they’ll be all “Step Up 2″ on us.

        • http://allthatcomeswithit.com Dan

I think you’ll find you are both foreign.

But you are right. If i’m honest I just copied and pasted the suggestions from the guy who’s giving us the voucher. I have now removed it and replaced it with “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” I hope that is satisfactory.

          • http://quityourdayjob.com.au Lee

I would have been happier if you’d replaced it with Frankenhooker… the “other” emotion.

            • http://allthatcomeswithit.com Dan

ahhhh, or course, Frankenhooker – the Umami of the emotions.

As a psych nurse he has to check the emotions in on the way to the job :-P

No no. You keep them. Just crush them down. Down into a small hard black ball deep in your guts where it festers and grows. More dense. More….oh…sorry.
